I liked this ragdoll alot and the face are very decent but good, Bodygroups fine and tested it with ragdoll move and works very well without any problem.

My only criticism is the phys although is flexible, in some parts it becomes complicated to pose especially the feets although of that is ragdoll move some prefer to use more physgun (I use both)

In my opinion you did a really nice job on this and I hope other M:SS Ports in the future.

Someone should make this a playermodel even if its not the creator.Though if anyone uses this model to make one proper credit should be given.

I'm afraid that my answer will be neagtive on that one. This is not an easy work to do, and I don't particularly see the need of such work. I want to make (port) models for posing and art, rather than for running around.
