Of course I have watched them. :) But in general historical dramas are better for a long story than movies.
Not movies, but I like Dokuganryu Masamune and Taiheiki series by NHK. :)
Thanks, IIRC, AGOT mod uses the same way to represent landless Daenarys playable. My original thought came from a Koei game about 108 bandits of Song dynasty. You can travel from a province to another, gather your army and generals, then revolt against corrupted officials of the Empire.
@BabyCakes
What you have seen is all of this mod. If you have understood that this mod should be related with the Kurosawa film, it is false. The title of this mod is just a joke and homage. Maybe I add some related events of the original film later though...
I should probably update that mod... eventually.
Try mercenary Kings mod. The mechanic, how to make landless characters playable, is same.
@iPhone Horse
I haven't really checked that mercenary mod, but that mod doesn't include so many events and decisions neither. What is lacking of this mod?
FYI, the aim of this mod is to represent Gekokujo (social upside down) more dynamic, and the goal of these mercenaries isn't staying as mercenary, but rising to the land holder. If you want to stay as mercenary for 20-30 years, then it wasn't my original concept, although I might add more decisions and events later.
