Stiff as a wooden board these capes, despite HDT Physics Extension and SKSE. And you can't enchant them. Good for decorating NPC's and manequins I suppose

Did you follow these steps from the description?

Installation
Install these 2 things first!!!
1) HDT Physics Extension
2) SKSE
CLick the subscribe button and go to data files in your skyrim loader and let it load this mod.

I'm not using this mod myself, because I don't use SKSE, but it appears your physics are not correct, which might be because of missing programming

all it gave me was a small thin peace of cloth that looked like it had broken all of it's' bones and follded itself up like a ball then un follded it back to normal and that's how i was scared for life kids

why would you even upload this broken shit here and tell people to go somewhere else to get the version that actually works? Seriously just take this garbage down off of steam if you have no intention of putting functional content up, the workshop is for content and not billboards advertising content you can get somewhere else

Everyone having issues with this, pay attention to the comments. There are people helping you out with this. Go to the nexus, it is free.... Download the mod from there. Honestly, not sure why Krypto uploaded it here as it is completely useless to use here. The .xml file is on the nexus. Addressing a potential question, possibility of this getting released for Skyrim SE is very low. Knowledge of if HDT will be released or not after SKSE releases for SSE is not clear. We will just have to see.

Guys, I found a fix for the capes not working! You need to go to the Nexus version of this mod and download the CapesHDT.xml file from there, then place it in Data\skse\plugins. Without it, the mod will not function.

People, if the mod's capes aren't working correctly, you mus install the HDT Physics mod from nexus in order for it to work.
