daguywithdashadow, the missing textures you're experiencing are a common problem I have in source engine games. Shiny or reflective textures often become pink or purple for me in games such as Half Life 2 and Garry's Mod. I would say this is just a problem with the game itself, perhaps a load error of certain texture files.

The hardwood floors on the upper level make it really easy to line up my cabinets. No issues so far with textures.
Would love a bit darker of a map. Maybe a gauss nightscape backdrop?
Great map, not too overlarge, wonderful starter map.
