That said this is a very good solution for small town without building large power generators.

and I also forgot to mention about cost, it's more cheaper than the wind generator as well

This Generator is very effective (or too effective) to power a district, it's already than the vanilla Wind Generator, may I suggest toning down the power output to 6MW max
