Had to uninstall, ruins skylines by building too high in low zones

I really dig the building. The only problem I have with it is it popping up 4 or 5 times in my early high density areas. Any way to change it would be really cool.

it makes baby city skylines look really awkward because its level 1 it should definately be 4 or 5 where the other skyscrapers come in

Cool buildings, but don't respect height restrictions. They keep springing up in areas where high-rises are banned. Are the height settings correct?
