Really love to see high-detailed bldgs but 5500 tric is kinda too much and can influence load time quite a bit... hope this can be reduced to ~2000

@The One And Only V-L. Helipads are actually not supposed to be same colour as roof because they are supposed to stand out so they can be easily spotted by helicopters.

It's a ploppable, not a growable. Sits in the "unique buildings" tab.

Very nice building. I am a fan :thumbs: but does the helipad have to be green? I mean. Most helipads are grey, or the same color as the roof.

The detail model and the lod model don't flow at all.... looks awful when zooming out/in to see the switch between the two...

Its great, but you really dont need all that detail on every rim and tripled edge. Just making it taper into a "wedge" would be enough. Of course its sad to take away from the accuracy, but after all we are playing a city builder.

If its a ploppable however, its great. But your mod info doesnt give any info what so ever on the building. What about the tourism, electricity/water consumption, leasure values etc?
Make it a habit to always include those :)

Plopable? Growable? Tri count of 5500?!? Way to many! Yes the building is beautiful. But if it's a growable I could have 30 of these in my city.
