Stalingrad was pretty much taken. Over 95% of the city was actually taken before the Soviets sent massive amounts of reinforcements to recapture the fallen areas and prevent total loss of Stalingrad.

stalingrad was sieged ,never taken. If the germans took Stalingrad the nazis would have taken 96% prosent of the soviets oil and that is alot.

With the Hill i wanted to creat a "only infantry" fighting. hope it's ok for you, don't drive there with tanks

the hill made me big problems to create. i hope i find some better way to do it.

It's an awesome map, definately the Stalingrad map I have been looking for, but there seems to be a problem with the trenches on the big hill. The infantry tends to run around the openings instead of through them, which makes assults for the hill feel clumsy and more troublesome than what I imagine you designed it for. Furthermore, when the tank traps on the hill is destroyed it seems you cannot drive vehicles onto it (ex. Priest/Panzerwerfer etc.). All in all a very good job with this map :)

load a mod with popcap please =) then everyone can do what he wants .

Downloaded and played the map today. Its very nice and i was having a lot of fun. I think the southern position is a bit better and maybe there should be one fuel point more. But unless this excellent map.
