The effects are pretty similar to what its like in real life, just abit less lenghty. So, no. I mean, if you can firgue out how to edit the code, sure, you may edit it freely.

Use this model instead the actual one: "models/weapons/c_grenade.mdl"
SWEP.UseHands and v_* models don't go well together.
