The assets looks more than only good, this asset is just IMBA ! but .. 25MB is too much for one asset like this.. maybe a update .. rate +

i have no problem with it and i love it , you can put 4 of these in a windmill formation and they fit so nice then .

I follow CO's guideline and exemple for a small house. Texture is 1024x1024. Model is 947 poly.

This is a terrible asset. 25 MB? I don't even want to know what pixel density your tga's are.
