Omg this is awesome.

I was thinking about recreating Detroit. This helps. I went there only one time to see Dave Chappelle live in 2007. It was amazing.

Stats are same as the Cathedral of Plentitude, but with a lowered initial and weekly cost.

Cost: 90,000 cim
Weekly upkeep: 400 cim
100 each of the High, Medium and Low Wealth visitors/tourists

24 Educated Workers
24 Uneducated Workers
12 Highly Educated Workers
Entertainment Radius: 400
Noise Radius: 75

When you've unlocked Level 6 Monuments, this building is available there. Unfortunately there is no icon for it, it's just a blank space. If you hover over the blank space, you'll see its pop-up. Just click the blank space and place the Theater. :)
