How do you make modded buildings like this? Thank you I could not find an elementary school that was big enough!

Hahaha! now where talking! I saved me the trouble of doing this myself :p However, you should make the building and radius bigger, kinda unrealistic this small =(

You better use it with a city of 50k or more

this seems like it would break economy. adding that much to the education modifier would kill all industry. right?
