There's no size restriction now if somebody wants to make this bigger. With the proper approval from the creator, if still active.

Sorry but this asset is too small. The proportion does not look right. It would be better to build it in 1:1 or 1:1.5 scale.

@miliken4200 If you click on that picture it will go bigger and you will see road names and building names, its from google maps, just to put the building in context.
