4x4: Only spawn with 4x4 square.
L5: Only apear on level 5.
HDB: Thanks to you, now I know.
But I don't get what the 1 for.

I would never thought that HDB would stand for High Density Building too... Maybe that's what our garmen is trying to mean too

Hi EvilDaveCanada! HDB means Housing & Development Board.
The Housing & Development Board is the statutory board of the Ministry of National Development responsible for public housing in Singapore. Its a Singapore thing. No worries!

Umm.. What does HDB mean? I can see that it is a "High Density Residential" building so I would think it meant "High Density Building" but I have never run across this abbreviation before do I'm not exactly sure.

Are you using Content manager before one starts the game? It's terribly slow so i stopped using it and instead started creating building style themes with in-game theme menu (when you enter into Policies). But this one cannot see such assets as yours that are RICOs in fact. While the Content Manager is sooooo slow and some of the themes created in it seems not to work, that I gave it up completely.
I will try that just for these buildings... but finding them now (among 14000+ assets) would be a task ;)

I have used Building theme mod before and i have the region setup exclusively just for HDB growables
hmm strange

But at least this one can be used in any building theme unlike all those so called growables.

Yes, they should be growable

is this a growable cause I only like to put growable only in my game, but I would love to put this in. Please let me know if it is growable

I am now optimizing the model to make it lighter, then i'll also make it a level 4 building so it wont get upgraded and replaced

sweet! would love this to be high density level 4 though.

Very nice model. Texture color isn't to my liking, but it has a Southeast Asian feel to it.
