Perfect map! The terrain including large flatlands as well as tall mountains looks so realistic and extremely well done. It'll be hard to find a better (read: more beautiful / challenging / varied) map for my next city, haha. I also love how you start with a single highway connection, it's definitely more challenging this way.

Thanks Caranha. :D I thought of putting it closer, but I like a bit of a challenge, or at least different bits to aim for. The railway, both of them, are waaaay over there to make me suffer a bit. :D

Mitchbandes, I'd love to help out, but I really don't know what might be going wrong. The map has been used in several live-streamed events, and by over 400 people so far (including me and several friends) and I've not run into the problem you're having. I'd have a look at the road connections you're putting in and make sure the connections are matching up right. You can see the map in use at https://youtu.be/7L4rxUcfOyc and there are also 3 short recordings of various stages of the map being made. I hope you get it sorted out. And thanks for trying the map!

Something's wrong with the map. I get everything set up, but no people come in. It seems the outside road connection must not be working properly.

well you done you done a damn good job in it. I'm pretty sure I'll use it in my next playthough. :)

Janboruta, the two churches are The Appleby Church (a real building in Appleby in Westmoreland UK) and the other was just called a Medieval Church - however, it seems they have both been removed from the workshop. :(

Hi Wackyla, I just made the map up. I love Scotland and wanted to play on a map that reminded me of it. Its all imaginary.

is this based on a real place? or did you make it up? (I'm asking largly because of the map image and because according to google theres a place in america by the same name, but on the map theres some places that are named obviously scottish names) either way it looks beautiful.

Looks fantastic, I really like the lore you've put into this. May I ask though, what are the two churches that are placed at the feet of the bell tower? I can't find them on the workshop for whatever reason. I'm familiar with the other models though. :)
