Thank you! Worked for me today after disabling all DLC from my game. I tried legitimately for a few days IRL and gave up and found this :)

Guys! I just got this damn achievement! But not with this save. Here "https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=409335954" a guy with the nickname Rovas117 left a simple way - I did as he wrote - ""I Want It All" achievement is still fine.
What do you need to do:
1. Make sure ALL DLCs are disabled. Going PURE vanilla here. This is easier to do if you have make a Skyve profile and just disable everything.
2. Enable Game Anarchy Mod in the profile.
3. Load into the game.
4. Unlock All using Game Anarchy. Plop ONE of each building in the "Treasure Hunt" tab in the "Landmarks Category. It should pop once you place the Plaza of the Future."
It worked!

I tried using Ham Sammich's way as well. Didn't work. Mind you it didn't unlock in my own game either, and I've definitely unlocked every building.

@水木 I just got it yesterday! What I did was uninstalling all the DLCs, and then placed all the buildings (the new parks like the parking lots, the new stations, to be sure the new roads, etc). At first I didn’t get it as well and then a notification popped up about a new building in the road panel. The road tolls count towards the achievement maybe you forgot them as well?

Did follow each step from @Ham Sammich, but got no achievements.
Anyone here that got it from this year? (2023+), from this save-file.

Achievements is just to unlock, and there is only one that was not unlocked yet,
but even if I did unlock it (Academic Library) I could get it.
Did also tryed to build every single building, still nothing.

Hi disabled all the dlc, downloaded the required mods, but didnt unlock when i placed the academic library? Then did a reset unique building and tried again, but also didnt work? what am i doing wrong?

hiyo, just used this save file to get the achievement. Only thing missing seems to be Academic Library. Thank you @T22!

how i did it:
1) uninstall all DLC
2) Settings -> Misc -> Reset Unique Building Unlocking
3) Open a large save game like NY (300,000) or your own large save
4) Open this save
5) Build 5 public libraries (more to get cheev faster)
6) Once you have 300 lib users/week the Academic Library was unlocked and i got cheev.

Got the achievement with this map.

Step 1: Lock previously unlocked buildings (somewhere in the settings)
Step 2: Install this and "Achieve It"-Mod (I installed the park as well, but didn't use it)
Step 3: Uninstall all DLC
Step 4: Unlock the Unique Buildings

The max entertainment mod no longer works. I'm guessing its for unlocking specific buildings? Are there any other methods to get this achievement?

Unistalling all dlc didnt work either.
What work:
1. Uninstall all dlc.
2. Leave only mass transit dlc (I believe it can be diffrent dlc).
3. Use this mod
4. Unlock rest of buildings.

this save game is posted at 23 Mar, 2015.. before all dlcs were launched

I have tried this save game and it did not work - after unapusing the game the game throws an error every 10 seconds. I saved the game and loaded that and then the achievement tab was disabled - though I have the achievement enabling mod and the special park thing.

I have Green Cities, Mass Transit, Naturla Disater, After Dark, Snowfall and the free DLCs.

Does this save game work with any game to unlock I want it all?

doesn't work, reason: don't have the natural disaster scenarios completed for the Sparkly Unicorn Rainbow Park
got save game to complete the scenarios?

I load the map and nothing happens. no achievement

ok, with disasters DLC you have to unlock the disaster Buildings too. so you have to win all 5 disaster scenarios to do this. perhaüs you also need to gain the snowfall buildings, that i have done previously

any suggestions?

Any particular reason why you have to download a stupid little playground as well?

Between this save and the 300K New York save the only thing I was missing was the Official Park (10K squares of office zone). Also the Tourism and Lesisure stuff, but they come from DLC.

@[BLA]Unmortal Hi there, I don't know if THIS STRAT still works today but pls try this: Open the 300,000 population New York Map on workshop or any other population more than it. Then go back to main menu and then open my save game... Somehow, the 20,000 commercial area and the 15,000 students will be filled based on the previously opened save game. I don't know if that still works today, but pls let me know. That's how I was able to unlock mine :D

I did some heavy playing this map you can easy get 20 a 50 transport lines once you start trowing down busslanes
i also unlocked ather achivements

but im stuck on the eifel tower the arch the triomphe and the momument for 20.000 commerical area

also i had trouble trying to bring this city over the capacity of 150.000 people

anyway its stil a good map.

@TerenceOR yeah.. you have to open a save game that has more than 300k population first then open this to unlock the Arc de Triomphe! :D

Save doesn't have 15000 students in Elementary to unlock Arc de Triomphe... Works otherwise!

My district names are automated names... But you can change them by clicking on the district and clicking on the names to rename them... try other mods to automatically set district names to other language

i would like to know who you standardized the districts names so that they turn out as e.g. oliven platz and not as some of the different english/american names automatically

achievement enabler mod doesnt work anymore. so your savegame is useless :(

Can you check what's not unlocked there? I made some save game jumps before it unlocked for me. But all buildings are already built there... try to jump to the new york 300k pop save game then go back here... that should make it work

I have Achievement Enabler Mod & Max Entertainment Park Mod, but I can't unlock "I Want It All"Achievement.
