Only thing, change the Taunt icon. The hands look way to big even if they are suppose to be close to the screen, it looks too weird.

IMO it would be much better if the taunt included four or five claps instead of three, thus lengthening the effect of a slow clap.

Its pretty good, id reccomend changing the tempo of the claps slightly, like change the force applied to them. Right now the speed seems a bit wonky. Id also adjut the fingers to look a bit more cartoony and to have them more dynamic, and less static overall i guess.. Also try to move each finger bone slightly differently, as that usually creates a more visually appealing curve to the fingers.

I am a French Spy and I wan't this on my inventory.

PROS : Good animation, good french touch with sarcasms, love the idea. CONS : not fun enought, too "stealth" (?) (sorry I'm french).

This seems a perfect taunt to me.
This could talk for me in the game. This make the user awesome and is short (like it) (really).
Like said CDavies741, this could me awesome with multiple voice lines.

So I give you 3-7,(2/3*sqrt(2)) unicorn stars. <3

Their should be multiple voice lines, unless you only showed once voice line in that short video of it.
