This mod causes crashing when equipping Telepoof staff, water balloon for example. Mod not reccomended unless bug gets fixed

Мод работает, есть проблема с отображением воды.

Is the mod really ground-view(as I've been searching for) or is it just extreme zoom? The ground-locked camera mod I've seen floating around really sparked my interest, but when I downloaded this mod and put it on my server, all it did was zoom in really far (here's a screenshot of it at full zoom: http://orig05.deviantart.net/b6ba/f/2016/083/c/4/heck_by_moonlightpuffball-d9w9yov.png )

Is this intentional and the first image is just misleading, or is the camera really supposed to be ground-locked like in your screenshot? Either way, the larger zoom-out radius is super helpful, but I would love to have a ground-lock zoom.
