They do.

3/22/2015: Made some small fixes and added props to Block 2. For some reason it doesn't actually allow me to update the original file so I had to reupload and delete the old ones. Quite annoying...but it should all be better now. :)

@doy: It's a start. ;) I will be scanning the steam workshop regularly to find more. Hopefully there are more people making Chinese assets, because Cities Skylines is perfect for Chinese cities. :D
