I like it but can you make a plain version as well please with no signs and no palm trees etc.? I want to put my own props on the side and wedge it between two buildings to make it look like a store in Akihabara.

That's because this is a building which the game gives ya; just decorated a bit to make it look more "comfortable". The size here probably rests on the various images used. I just use a basic jpg file for my buildings which I create myself.

8.7MB? Much larger than your other assets. Any idea why?
