For those Struggling it's Skin 5 And you need to Remove the Body Bodygroup as that is what is using the Default Skin.

okay, little tutorial :D
after you spawned the car, hold "C" and go with the mouse on the car. Then you need to right click the car and first point on the "bodygroup" section and make sure that "body" is checked. After that click the car again with the right mouse button and then go to skins and then check skin 5 and voilà, the car has a police skin on it :D

You just need to spawn the Bugatti Veyron Supper Sport in the TDM cars section or the emergency cars section and just change the skin :)

I think you need the bodygroup tool or something like that :o
I change my skins by pressing "C" and then right click on the car, then in the little menu on skin and then take the one i want. But i'm not sure wich number the skin has right now and i'm not at my computer so just try to find the right one :D
