Deff works. You have to place it in a buildable square and I used the search mod to find it, but it is there and it works

I have loaded your item in the editor, and it has a very large number as a negative maintenance fee. Hundreds of millions. I have tried unsubscribing and subscribing to the item, the same happens.

Put it into city and lost an additional 200 000 per week. It's not adding any more, it removes money..

Works great, thanks so much for making this. At first I didn't think it worked, but you just need to find it under parks and then place it anywhere in the city. Then watch the funds roll in!
