Looks nice in my city http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=431798916 I placed the 'Community BBQ' asset beside it and now it has a beer garden :D

scud.nz, yes, this is real building. IRL this is... well, looks like it really pub and living house also. Unfortunately I don't know where it built, I have only one photo.

PS: The roof tile colour is perfect if you are going to make other houses, as is the colour of the chimney brickwork. The chimey's seem a little high, especially the one at the front. What photos did you base this on. I'm surprised to see the white plasterwork on the ground floor and the brickwork on the first floor . Is this based on a real building?

Very definately looks like a pub...a good English pub, but a pub nonetheless. Why not bring it forward so that its close to the pavement (sidewalk) and put a little pub garden out the back of it. Or put it on a 4x4 so that a small path can lead into a yard at the back.

Looks good, I wish there was more variety for english homes on here. If there was something that made the homes look the ones in Bath, that would be fantastic.

I think the parking spaces are really out of place... Especially a disabled spot. It should be re rolled to a pub and put in parks or something instead.
