The lights are from VCMOD ELS. These are not photon lights. However, photon is supported on this vehicle. VCMod ELS: https://scriptfodder.com/scripts/view/489

v Go to Schmal's profile and on page 2 of his works and look for Photon Lighting. You will then click subscribe and there you have it. Hope it helps.
