@SmileyFace to make doors duh. Though the utility can be beyond that
i use it to make bootleg gmod fnaf games cuz it's funny
if you turn models into a fading door and put them in a bunch of places linked to a central control room where you can turn them all on or off, you can emulate them "moving" around the place

Any way you can choose more materials for when its invisible? I want the prop to be completely invisible when not active and i have the texture for it but i can't select it because it's not there.

Does anybody have the same problem as I. For some reason now when i reload a previous save of mine where there is a fading door. Whenever I open the door it unfreezes items and ragdolls.
I don't get why this happens. :/

Is there a way to make the door fade more? I don't want to be able to physgun the fading door when it is faded. I can't figure out which fadingdoor addon TCW uses which allows this.
