Totally and utterly broken!
Doesn't charge. Doesn't have a build image. Doesn't have build stages. And most of all it doesn't charge, so no shooting from these ever again until somebody updates it.

Steam needs an 'ignore' button so this won't show up in later searches. I keep seeing it, 'Oh, high-rated thing!' and forgetting all the times I took a closer look and went, 'Oooh... not updated since 2015... no good.'

Another alternative is simply require a special machine to make said ammo, but make that machine use very large ammounts of power to craft the ammo.

What about instead of actual ammunition, it took an item that was coded to be ammunition, but would be called a pulse laser coil, and it would take somewhere from 7-10 thousand shots before needing another one. just a thought.

Right now the game doesn't support energy=bullets, it's a neet idea but unfortunately for energy weapon mods as often as it comes up there's yet to be a solution. Imagine you need to synthesize the hydrogen gas for the laser emission chamber, or replace the capacitors and flashbulbs as a disposable modular unit.

Can you get rid of the ammunition? Since its a lazer, it should be using energy, and the laser medium should come with the gun. We all have an assortment of mods that need specific items to function, trimming those needs would be amazing.

I'm having the same trouble as sayerglasgow. I can't seem to build the turret in my survival world. I have to change the world to creative, place it, then change it back to survival. I really love this mod though. It makes battles look much cooler.

I have a bit of a bug with this thing: when I place it, the turret is pointing directly down and cliping into itself. It will not move while like this, and the option to control it is greyed out. When I tried to turn it off and back on, my game crashed. When I reloaded, the turret was fixed. Other than that an exellet mod, but I cant use these much if I have to relog every time I build one.

i have the same problem as Orro. the turret is floating in the air, and cant be deleted, but accessed and, whats most fun there can be another turret placed at the same spot

Hey, I'd like to report a clash between this mod and oxygen in ships. Whenever I place this on a ship with a vent block (or the other way around), my game crashes. This is the only mod that it happens with for me but, it's kind of annoying. I wanted to use these on my ship but, I wanted oxygen too.
