I love your model, very nice

could you upload an high residential L1 or L2 version, thus only 3-5 houshold for this low residential building seems to be too less, I guess

@DarthSith Neubau means 'newly built' in German. Neubau is a typical modern apartment building in Germany. :highrise:

Nice job I wanted some condominiums for my city.Im not sure what Neubau means though.Does it mean condo?Because that building looks exactly like a typical American condominium.

I have to tell you that only 2 colors of 4 are working or now. I can't do anything about that problem at the moment. The asset editor does not allow to change that before the developers fix this issue

A little more green, some benches, a wee playground, some clotheslines a bit dog po here and there and it just looks like the place down my road. Oh well the have a few balconies if remember correctly.

It's certainly nice to see buildings that could have been nearby, the default looks too futuristic and weird. I would love tons of more German stuff.
