45 fps causes very bad Micro Stutters, smooth at 45 fps Micro Stutteres.
Bad Asset, I would not recomend it hurts Performance severly!

some werid reason my start parameter -limitfps 45 stopped working, so I'm back in this mod

Why 45 FPS?
Why not use the 30 FPS mod?

because some of PC peasants play on a laptop like y510p which overheats terribly. limiting fps to 45 stops overheat and therefor stops throttling my cpu. and i play at 3x speed so cpu throttling sucks. as it makes it 1xspeed if my cpu drops below 2.8ghz. thankyou for this mod

Please have a toggle where we can imput the FPS cap we want.

Ideally we want the FPS capped at the refresh rate of our screen so we get no tearing with v-sync off.

Love this mod. I can run the game just fine at higher fps, but I like to keep the fan noise down. 45fps is high enough so that the game feels fairly smooth, and my computer is cool and quiet.

"why would anyone want their FPS to be locked to 45?" - keep their vcard from heating up more than really neccessary, helpful on laptops.
