Still should probably be fixed, but at least there's a way to make things work in the meantime.
Have a gravel road stretched out a blit coming off it
Upgrade gravel road to highway
Otherwise just have a 2 way road ramp up

1) Elevations: Lots of high spots, low spots and interesting elevations
2) sprawlingly large, but not overwhelming: You utilized all 25 tiles but gave the player room for half. This is smart as I would not like to actually fill up 25 large flat tiles, its an endevour.
3) Tropical and inviting: The whole island just invites me to build, its the best pick.
I have a request for your next map. Could you plan around the original 9 center tiles, as playing this current map with achievment on (no mods 9 tiles) becomes difficult when buying tiles. I would like to see the 9 stock tiles really detailed, and the surrounding rows almost like DLC expansion islands or coves, if and when your ready to use the 25 tile mod. :) just an idea.
Well, when I say smoothly, I mean a whole bunch of spaghetti that looks like a bunny hugging itself, but it works and is never congested, so success! :D Now I rather wish I'd realised this earlier and fixed them in the map editor and added the rail connections too.
But the map is amazing and fun to play, even for someone who prefers the nordic type of maps otherwise! I love zoning completely crazy locations for tiny houses too, just make spaghetti roads along the mountains. Not the most effective city planning, but funny, definitely. :P
