It seems kind of broken; when adding to park life it does not max out your park to 5 stars. It may be due to the value exceeding 16,000 limit or something similar is my guess... or it has not been upgraded to parklife version.

For anyone wondering it now needs "Official Park" to construct this. The Park is a unique building so build that and then you can build this.

what is the pre-requisite to unlock this? it says construct official park or something but I installed all that I had and nothing unlocked it. please help

I can see why some people would use this, it would allow them to compensate for a lack of services if they are trying to do something unusual for their city. but it sort of seems like the sort of item that makes the game too easy for a normal player. That said, good job making fully functional workshop content on release day 1 :csgostar:

Other people might find it useful, they may just want to mess around with something like this. I don't particularly like these or use items like this in most games - However I do know that many others do.
