@belltawaun, tentatively, yes.

Reading their announcement discussion topic (on their forum) it looks like they'll be both reworking the modding API but also allowing as many older mods work as possible. The only problem that would come from that directly is duplicate topics, which when the update comes out I can fix pretty easily. Especially because I still have the files, 3 years later.

GDT is an easy game to mod for, and was the first game I modded for. It's got a special place in my heart, you know?

thanks , i thought looking at the UI in game there was a lmit how many you could unlock in one playthrough.

This adds 102 to the games regular 40-some topics. So, that means more topics to unlock each play through.

for some reason when I removed the mods due to slow loading and started a fresh modded game most of the topics in this either made it in the non-modded game or replaced a topic I think I fixed it tho well it fixed itself after starting a new game.

@Easelm, it's just adding topics. I don't expect it to be riveting. The plan is to, when I find some more free time, add events that build off both this and the research mod. And I've got a friend that has found a method by which you can replace the base game topics, researches, etc, that I will use in a further mod down the line.
