Nice plopable to make cities a little more realistic. I really like that you've made this modular, too. I love using this next to train stations, universities, high schools, airports, pretty much everywhere you'd expect more than a few parking spots. *thumbs up*

This asset is 512 MB on hard disk - some bug but very annoying...

Parking lot is not properly rotated to the road it connects to, the fence is on the road side and the open side is facing away.
