Need large round thrusters!

I, too, would like to see these updated to DirectX 11. I just finished a build that uses them, and they show up black..clashes with the Blue and White I have for it.

if you put the one on the left next to the one on the right they dont mesh up. can you make one with a round corner.

Eikester, thank you for some really needed thrusters for the round block builds. I use these on my station service truck when I hump around and repair and build stuff on my mining station in survival mode. Not really tested them much but they work very nice for my purpose ;)

so will these get the boost addon treatment with the new test parts?

@foolspawn sry for late reply, didn't get notification o.o thats actually a game limitation, groups only work for SubtypeId (i.e. LargeArmorThruster) not TypeId (i.e. Thrust)

One small issue, I tried grouping these corner thrusters with vanilla thrusters in seperate pods attached via rotors to my ship. When I only use vanilla thrusters I have the option of using thrust override from my flight seat, but not when I group with these. The icon for the group is a thruster when using vanilla only, and what looks like three panels in a stack with the mixed group, if thta helps.

Would you mind if these were collected in an "armor thrusters mod pack" along with the Large Amor Thrusters, and the regular Darth Biomech Armor Thrusters? Solely for the purpose of mod count reduction for paid-hosted servers (some of whom count number of mods)

Yes it's the same as the small thrusters. What's missing is the large thrusters for small ships. If you don't understand what I mean, check out DK's Sloped thrusters, there are three of them, ranging from small to large that support both small and large ships.

@Bobmin357 i dont really get what you mean, the Power of these Thrusters is the same as the Vanilla Thrusters

While these aren't bad, you need too many of these to give you the same thrust as a large thruster (for a small ship). I tried replacing four of DK's sloped large thrusters with 10 of these thrusters and the acceleration was just awful. And mind you, this was on a mining ship that doesn't need a lot of acceleration.

This mod as it stands is incomplete since it lacks a large thruster with values similar to vanilla. Cool looks are not alone enough to merit using it.

Its nice, but not really ready yet. I'm going to revert back to DK's sloped thrusters and hope Eikester will update this mod with the large versions.

This is what the round blocks need, because at the moment they just don't really blend with anything. Your mod will help rectify this problem.

Do not know if anyone has asked already. But you can also make a thruster that has the shape of inverted corner and corner block? If it is possible.

Hey, great mod but it seems that the fully enclosed with round armor on side, thruster does not work, it places big purple box with error text on it. I dont know if its from last update because i just found this mod. Has anyone else having this issue or should i start looking for some mod conflict ?
