I'm glad you figured it out! I uploaded this almost 6 years ago, which is probably why it is a scenario. I hope you can still find the two required mods here on the workshop.

I figured out why it isn't in blueprints. That's because it isn't a blueprint, it's a custom scenario that contains the ship

MayoNerz It's been quite a while since I made this ship (more than 2 years!), so it's a very real possibility that the mods I used back then are no longer supported by their authors. :(

razorback I was very conscious about the weight when I built it. I figured I could always replace the hull with more heavy armor after the ship was complete if the weight allowed me to.
