Which scount, there are 2 different textures, one for the HWM scout and one for the player scout. If you're using the HWM scout, you have to add material overrides to both the nopack and scout red material.

@dudes107 I have the addon but it's the same inherent problem for me; when you try to recolor only the shirt/pants, it'll recolor everything else, the skin, etc. So how did you manage to recolor? Or is it even possible? Doesn't seem possible to me.

Because of the resolution and mix layout of the textures, no. No one wants a completely yellow, red, or blue model.

Can you possibly make a MODEL that simply allows you to change the color of it using Docs Script? I want to make the base Paint Colors in TF2 for some models and I cant do that.

You're using the Scout_white texture when you should be using the Scout_white_nopack texture

I now know how to make them paintable. Just download this addon http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=216446685&searchtext=color
then recolor the outfit into the color you want(I'm gonna use this to make a purple pyro)
