Seems you install all other mods first then this one on-top, then it suppose to work

Actually, this darken areas must mean you aim wrong, having angled weap lower right.
Instead, you have to get frontal o perfectly centered in rear O and darkened outer area must be shaded evenly

i dont think this is working anymore, i tried several times to make this mod work but all in vail =/

Seems to be working when subbed first and then subbed to other mods. I've been using for a while. +Thumbs Up and +Fav.

Can I include this in a theater file I am working on? Credit and link back to you here if that's ok?

It does work with other sight remodels, if that's what the description means.

Is this supposed to remove the black frame when you right click and the scope is first coming into focus or does it only remove the frame once you're fully zoomed in? I'm still really slow with the scopes and I didn't notice a difference from installing this mod.

Also, you have conflicting comments on this post and darker varient, some people are saying delete all mods and subscribe to this first then custom scopes. Others are saying to subscribe to this mod last?

Works with the ShortDot mod (C79 replacement) and iLag's acog reticle. I approve, darn update was trowing me off

I ve finally made it to work, it works, good job, for those who have a problem, unsubscribe all custom optics and reticules, delete manually vpk s from workshop folder, subscribe for this mod and then resubscribe for your custom models and reticules it should work regardless of the optic model that you re using.

[ARHC] Kogeki: It's possible you are playing on server, which doesn't support some custom textures. For sure try start single player from console (command map map name) or try training vs AI in menu. Some administrators restrict skins on their servers.
|Ap3| 3Lit.: All source games have support for custom skins and mods. But it's up to server admins, if they allow you using these things on their server. This is reason why exist command sv_pure

Didn't work for me. Had no other scope mods and the blck still covers half of my scope. Nonetheless glad it works for other people :D good job!

That is true, but some scopes are broken, this fixes them.

the devs went waaaay too far on making the scope black frame realistic.
