You should update it. It's a shame. It's such a good mod. Probably the best.

This is a great mod, but the skyboxes don't fit this type of game. Way to many stars, it's killing the eyes and make it difficult to see your ship when you zoom out.

This is honestly the best Homeworld mod. It's the only one that feels like it was thought-out well enough to be a real game. Every unit has a purpose, and the fights actually have tactical depth.

They do, they just take a VERY long time to do it. Dink around for around an hour and it will eventually build more Destroyers, at least it did for me.

@rob There should be a settings file in the directory where you can manually edit the resolution. It might not update the selection ingame, so you may have to re-select it.
@Kane A hard reinstall of HW2 can fix some of these issues. Let me know if a reinstall and re-download of the mod doesn't fix it.

I got a problem - It's setting the resolution to 1920x1080 when my native is a lot lower, and I can't thusly change it, any solutions?

Aslo In the Homeworld 2 cassic mod, Freespace 1 era, jumping a vasudan turret deployement freighter causes an instant desync.

While the remastered version is certainly not totally done, I expect to have something out by March. I'm finishing up a solid version with most of the features I want to have in it. The introduction of a patch by GBX and/or new models may delay this release. When you get it- you'll love it. It's a game changer.

This is the biggest kick of nostalgia, playing a really flushed out mod of a classic space fighter simulator. you sir are the best for bringing this old mod into the workshop

@ Revan not at this time. Perfecting this version of the game is more than enough to keep the team busy. Perhaps later...I haven't played War in Heaven yet but I plan to soon since the voice acting version came out.

after you finish the remastered version, any plans on doing the Blue Planet mod? since the original guy appears to have stopped updating it I have really been craving a BP mod for an RTS game.

@Dreiszen Those ships have been disabled in the future verison.

Is it possible to disable the ships that aren't from FS1/2? I always thought those mod designs looked really out of place.

I'm using Windows 10, Sayuri's fix won't work with it, at least I don't see it...as for HW2, Maybe i'll do that.

@Serenity The LUA error is because of the compilation of the scripts on your machine. Your best bet is to uninstall and reinstall the mod and/or HW2. If that doesn't work, there are people online who have had the same problem - a fix should be possible to track down.

This is rediculous, I WANT to play this mod. I use Nvidia, and i'm getting Sayuri's LUA error. But I use windows 10 and don't know how to change things.
