hmm, i can't really explain it here by more than one reason, but the most important: there is a certain number of lines i can type here before it gets too long and tell me to delete some lines. but my best advice would be, download my mod, use the mod tool and open it and look what i did and just do the same, or look for toturials, skinning a soldier is the same as making this one, so just search for how to make skins for insurgency 2 and it will give you everything you need, since there is no certain website for us Devs/modders to place tuts besides gamebanana :-)
