Blow dart can be refilled by using mushrooms. Pick up the mushroom, hover over the blow dart and right click, each mushroom refills 50%.

Hey guys I've seen a few comments asking about how do make another blow dart, I am pretty sure there is no direct way through this mod but if it's that important to you it is easily done. Just download the "change characters" mod as well and then whenever you want a new blow dart hit the despawn button from the change characters mod and then pick teemo as your character. 2 important things to note: 1. Despawning drops all of your items, so be aware of that fact and play accordingingly. 2. When I first loaded the change characters mod the despawn assigned button didn't work so I had to reassign the key bind (sort of a refresh for the config) to make it work.
