Early on I made a spell that did exactly that. Unfortunately it caused npcs to have the infamous 'grey face bug', so it didn't make the final cut. So, nope, sorry.

Update 2.0 is up: Instead of selecting RGA races from the race menu, you can swap back and forth with a new spell. The spell will be added the next time you load up your game.

SetRace NordRaceRGA
Then SetRace NordRace to change back.
Replace Nord with the other race names for the same effect. But make sure you're the right base race to begin with. Don't change to ArgonianRaceRGA if you're not argonian first.

I keep getting download errors for this mod each time loading up the game
