Ok, so start the Game and go to the Option Menu. Klick on the Keyboard/Mouse Tab and select the option "Allow Developer Console". Then hit ` or ~ and type "map builditreachitgetit" without "".

How do I refresh it? Whenever I go to survival, it's not there. Also, when I choose a map, it says "cmd_campaign"

The error you are describing sounds like an addon. Deactivating may not work always, try to move all of your mods/addons out of you addon directory except this map, and try again. U should find it somewhere here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons

Its like jeans_tankmodel doesnt ejecute well and i desactiavted every mod and still the same problem Oh yea it doesnt crash when the map launches ,it crahes when i move away from the starting area is kinda weird

We tried it in mac and tried to open the dev console but it doesnt want to open because a error apears and it returns to the game frezeed and then it crashes.

I don't know if it works on a mac, but if it is possible to open a console on it, it should work.

sure, first u should enable developers console in the option menu.
Then if the maps crashes u should press the ~ key.
Then u should take a look in the console and see if it gives an error.
If it does, u should copy the error and post it back here, so I can find a solution :)

But it works fine with other players, I can still help u: if the map freezes, press the ~ button to open console, it should come with an error, and if u tell me what the error is, I can fix it.

it seems u have reached the VPK limit, u should remove some at you l4d2 installation folder and go to -> addons. The max addons l4d2 can support are 512.
