I really, really love this mod. The first that bothers me when i first started playing Insurgency is how they just slapped the railing to the top of the AKs out of nowhere. This mod made using AK a lot more bearable. Many thanks!

@[QAQ]Sakura Sayaka Can you please make another pack that only has sidemounts for the AKM and RPK only, due to using other model replacements for the AK-74 or the AKS-74U and the sidemounts will show up incorrectly behind the rifle, thanks! and keep up the good work. :security:

@Stealthcat All the 3 guns use the same sidemount. If you add it to one, it adds to the others.

Yo Sakura Sayaka, is it possible to put a sidemount on the SKS-D? I know the SKS featured is a mag-fed Norinco copy instead of the stripper clip Yugo variant, but is it possible to add it for aesthetic's sake? Or has this been tried before, and I am just barking up a tree that has peed on.

You mean Bulldozer, that all of them attach via a rail mounted on the side of the receiver. Rather than to a rail attached to the rail mounted on the side of the receiver.

Not every com-bloc weapon has the side rail installed.

looks good, although it should be noted that all of these soviet-bloc optics mount directly to the side of the receiver, rather than being mounted to a rail mounted to the side of the receiver

Boogeyman, the AK12 and AK12U are extremely recent iterations of the AK line, and are not compatible with the sidemount by design; they use an integrated accessory rail, similar to Western-design weapons.

I understand, however, i've seen some people that have downloaded MrBrightsude's AK12 replacement for the AK47, and we all complain on how the mount is not where it should be, it's like just floating around, any chance you will ever fix it? We would all apretiate it.

@Chelo102 There's a version of AK12. Since AKM, AK74 and RPK are sharing a same rail model, it's impossible to delete the mount of AK74 only
