It's not really an Addon. If you spawn something, hold C and right click on it. There will be an option called Drive. And there you go.

I dont know ım using this mods if u want delete this addons go steam/steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons there is the mods (but this mods working on my pc and my friend's pc)
