actually those are both military softcaps, as is the Grenadier's Softcap, another tf2 item. it's a common style of hat.

It's a Well Rounded Rifleman with stars, camo, and face paint.

TF2 needs a weapon added that is a flyswat in the shape of Australia. It should be called, Bushman's Bugger.

This looks amazing, although I fear people are going to start nagging about how it looks like the rifleman's rallycap. Nice work though!
