rationale: the authority will detect the fake id eventually, so can't reuse forever.
If you manage to craft a Fake ID you will get a quiet long list at any Black Marketeer, now you can choose the highest offer and sell it... while still in the Menu you can choose a very cheaper offer and reBuy the ID and move along with step one.. sell it expensive, buy it cheap and so on.
Regards and this mod is quiet sweet anyway.
Something like:
"Oh, this ship truly looks like the Albion Skunk... but it does not has its ID... and this guy.. i'm sure it is Otani but his ID does not match... must be a lookalike... or something similar... he may dock (hopefully he won't steal any stuff from lockers or bins or air vents or...)"

But otherwise, they're persistent? So if I were a peaceful trader type person who's engaged in some questionable activity is perfectly reasonable but is illegal only because PMC and the Argon Government are uncompassionate, inhuman fascists, The illegal IDs will be active forever?
I think about the "BailRank" mod which is not caouse it alters the skunkname.
