Though it's much slower than what A can do, I found a fix to keep adding up the rounds. After you hear counter terrorists, and then a pop from reload - paste mp_restartgame 5 into console. It will wait 5 seconds, and restart. Do this every round and you'll get it in less than 35 minutes. (Pretty fast if you ask me.)

After restart it works. Nice!

i got the CT wins bug on both A then B maps but then i restarted the game and did the "game_mode 1" and then "map workshop/376799738/achieve_piecetreaty_b"; commands and it worked great. thanks.

Well then... IDK. Did you read description, problem 3 already? Cause well, it might be that pain-in-the-ass bug of not counting this specific achievement. Diagnose like this, boot csgo, check current number on achievement, play a NORMAL bot game and win. Check number. If it went up, disconnect and open a new bot game, do a new pistol round. If it works, try my map. If it does not, then you've found the problem, the crappy random bug :s
If you try my map and does not work, check if the command "mp_match_end_restart" is set to 1.

Steam servers breakdown in various types. The ones we're interested are five, those are Community servers, User API servers, CSGO base servers and it's API, mostly for items. If any of these are NOT working properly (Except CSGO API), your achievement will not count. As we know, steam has reputation of being down.... multiple times... specially the CSGO specifics (Base + API, base is more constant). So it's likely that they were down and you don't even notice them.
Anyways, if it's not that, have you confirmed with any other achievement? Are you sure you don't have sv_cheats 1? Hit me back with some more info ;)

downloaded all types not counting towards the my progress steam severs are not down if it can register legit wins then its not down

If not working it's because the Steam servers are down. Try another day or something. Good luck. And praise Gaben, he will listen and put the servers up to register your achievement :P

If game is not counting towards achievement, check Problem 3 on description. That problem is not anywhere as problematic as the first one was, don't worry. Sorry for the delays of reponse, I'm not here all the time :s

Download version C, then exit the game, enter back, boot it by console and use the commands line I instructed there. It must work. It sometimes wont work if you had booted any previous versions before in the same game session, that's why you must reboot CSGO. If it does not work, then... I'll be impressed x)

"Any version" is quite impossible. Version C will always work as it's a manual input, it will not work if you bumped into a new and unrelated bug however. Regarding map construction and programing + commands put in, version C is bug free and must work. If it does not, maybe it's bugging with something else (maybe verify game's cache?). And what is not working, exactly? Game progression or achievement progression?

Try out version C then. As I said in the picture, game can still be broken sometimes.
