It mostly depends on what i find on gmod.org

I reupload mostly abandoned addons. since i have no skill to make them myself, and gmod.org becoming less and less viable to upload things on, probably not.

just uninstall the addon, and right click gmod in your steam library, click properties, go to local files, gmod, addons, and find the Dr phil reskin.gma and delete it.

I'm kind of new to this reskins thing so i didn't really know it would REPLACE Dr Breen's model... Do you know how can i change it back to the normal Breen?

It IS a reskin of Dr breen, i dont know if it applys to the vanilla player model. but one thing i know is that i couldnt make it. but if anybody wanted to (HINT HINT) i wouldnt mind as long as they gave proper credits. If i had to, it wouldnt be an easy feat.
