Awesome to see you stop by this addon. I loved it as a kid and had it saved God knows how long ago. I reuploaded at the time because garrysmod.org was shut down without notice and I figured being so close to vanilla style, I couldn't let this addon go to waste. Awesome story by the way, you did a nice job making the model live up to the description.

Its funny, I just found out about this being reuploaded because I clicked on a random gmod video talking about new addons and skipping ahead I see this combine elite with a shotgunner skin and 3 rockets on the back, and I was, WAIT! I MADE THAT! long long ago, great memories. I should release some of my almost finish shit, its bad for me but this was also bad for me and people still got a kick of it. The story of the model is that I had the idea for a mod that was a combine elite left to die by the combine so he wanted revenge, and i got as far as make the model, then I made it for hl2dm as a replacement, and then uploaded it to gmod org.

Go ahead. Go crazy

Mind if i take this and make small improvements to it?

hey guys haven't you think they evolve the combine making more engineers and warriors if you know what I mean

It's more of the style, they're battle worn and damage from war, hence War Torn, not personality wise.

I dunno then. For me it worked fine. Check FacePunch maybe? See if they have an answer in the help section. It also depends on your screen resolution.

i always do that but it moves the entire thing instead of making it smaller which pisses me off every time

You have to drag the corners like you would in a standard application. That's how I did it.

Look up VGUI menus on the workshop, this one is called the Liquid VGUI menu, if i remember correctly

Depends on your system, if it's nto that great, go with 9, if it's pretty good, go with 10, if it's ultra powerful, go with 11

Woah woah dude, you're assuming too many things here. You clearly didn't read the description that: There 2 models that don't have the rockets and ammo all over them, I DID NOT make these NPCS, this is merely a re-upload since Garrysmod.org was shut down and all credits go to Inaki for the models and the NPCs.

the npc's them selves are fine but why did you go and attach the rockets and shotgun shells? It really does make them look silly and kind of "lame" and that's what gmod it's self is for no need to make the starting product like that.

ps. if you would be willing to remake these proper like and\or make original combine npc's\make the addons of yours that do so not replace the original combine\etc... models is would be most appreciated and I can guarantee you that I would subscribe to it.
