It works just go in third person by typing thirdperson in console

you do the command in the chat, not console. for example !resize 1.30

You can get a mod that makes your view the same as your player models."eye view" or something.

eyelevel changes when resizing yourself would be nice. overrall one of the better resizer addons i have seen
