Not that I'm aware of. These were made in GMOD 9, and there was no mounting in GMOD 9. I think the issue is these models have outdated lighting fixtures and specmaps, so mat_specular causes them to glitch. I don't know why they keep malfunctioning in the pink texture way though.

I wanted to know if a certain game was required for this to work? When I spawn the NPCs, they appear as the normal combine, only shining with a checkerboard texture. Do I need Half-Life 2 or Counter-Strike for these NPC models to work?

Then I have no clue what is wrong, maybe its the hud since it's discontinued, maybe it its a corrupt addon. This addons ragdolls work perfectly fine for me, so it's definitely clientside (your side)

You're not the only one, that's isn't something I can fix, I guess the lighing on some of the models kinda glitched when It was moved and revised from GMOD9/10 to GMOD 13.
